Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pure Lavish purchase. If you are not, you may return the item within 28 days for a full refund using the original payment method.

Returning An Unwanted Item

Unwanted items cannot be returned after 28 days of receipt.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

You must arrange for a courier to return the parcel to us at your expense. We recommend using a recorded mail service.

Returning Faulty or Damaged Items

Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of receipt.

Contact us via email or our online Damaged Item Form. You may be required to provide photographs of the damage.

Do not return any damaged items until you have contacted us.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, processing may take up to 10 working days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Items must be returned in an unused condition, with all packaging intact.

Ensure you include your order number and reason for return.
