Pricing & Offers

The team at Pure Lavish works hard to ensure that prices listed and technical specifications are accurate at the time of purchase. However, we are entitled to make amendments to the price to reflect any increase in supplier costs, imposition of taxes or duties, or due to errors or omissions in the published price, whether or not the order has been confirmed. In such an event, we will notify you prior to accepting your order.

Promotional offers and discount codes may not be combined unless explicitly stated. If we discover an order does not meet the terms of a discount code, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order accordingly. Discount codes apply to individual products and not to product packages or suites. We reserve the right to withdraw offers, including voucher codes and discounts, at any time.

Security

We prioritize the security of your personal and payment information. Payment details are processed through secure bank servers, and no card data is stored by us. Transactions are encrypted to ensure your information remains secure. If you receive marketing emails that you no longer wish to receive, please click 'unsubscribe' in the email.

Delivery & Collection

Delivery details, options, and charges can be found on our Shipping and Returns page. Estimated delivery times are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as seasonal demand, weather, or courier delays. Once dispatched, the responsibility for delivery lies with the assigned courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

Upon delivery, please inspect your order for any visible damages or missing items. If any goods are damaged or incorrect, notify us within 72 hours via email or telephone with your order reference. Do not install any damaged items, as we will not be able to replace or refund installed goods. Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.

For international orders, we are not responsible for postage costs in cases of returns due to faults or damages. Some product guarantees may not apply outside of the UK.

If you fail to take delivery on the agreed date, additional charges may apply for re-delivery. We advise against booking tradespeople for installation until you have received and inspected your goods, as we are not liable for any associated costs.

Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order before dispatch or within 28 days after delivery by notifying us via email or telephone with your order reference. Refunds will be processed within 28 days. Items must be returned within seven days of receiving the parcel.

Cancellations do not apply to goods made to your specifications or personalized at your request. After 28 days, we may offer a credit note for unused, original-packaged items. You are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items.

Warranty & Liability

Most products sold by Pure Lavish come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Some manufacturers offer extended warranties, which will be detailed on the product page.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may refer your complaint to an Alternative Dispute Resolution provider.

General

All orders are subject to acceptance by Pure Lavish. Ownership of goods transfers upon delivery. Images on our website are for illustration purposes only, and minor product variations may occur.

All prices include VAT. Finance options are available only to UK residents over 18 years old.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
