Warmup

About Warmup

Founded in 1994, Warmup pioneered the electric underfloor heating market and has spent over three decades refining its technology and manufacturing processes. Their systems are designed to be energy efficient, long-lasting, and straightforward to install — qualities that have made them a consistent first choice for both trade professionals and DIY renovators across the UK.

All Warmup heating systems are backed by the brand's industry-leading 25-year guarantee, giving you genuine long-term peace of mind. Their range is also compatible with a broad range of floor finishes including tile, stone, laminate, engineered wood, and vinyl — making them one of the most versatile underfloor heating options available.

Smart & WiFi Thermostats

Warmup's thermostat range is one of the most advanced on the market, and a critical component in getting the best performance and energy efficiency from your underfloor heating system. The flagship 7iE Smart WiFi Thermostat (from £170) and 6iE Smart WiFi Thermostat (from £180) offer full smartphone control via the Warmup app, allowing you to set heating schedules, monitor energy usage, and adjust temperature from anywhere. Both are available in Onyx Black for a sleek, contemporary look on any wall.

For simpler installations, the Dark Element WiFi Thermostat (from £110) provides wireless control in a more compact format, while the Tempo Digital Thermostat (from £91) is an excellent programmable option for those who prefer a straightforward dial-and-schedule approach without app connectivity.

Electric Underfloor Heating Mats — StickyMat

The Warmup StickyMat is one of the most popular electric underfloor heating products in the UK — and for good reason. It is a pre-spaced heating cable bonded to a fibreglass mesh, making it exceptionally easy to unroll and bed directly into tile adhesive without raising floor height significantly. The StickyMat is available at 150W/m² for standard installations and 200W/m² for smaller areas requiring more concentrated heat output. The StickyMat 3D (100W) is designed for three-dimensional floor surfaces and irregular layouts.

In-Screed Heating Cable — Inscreed Cable & DCM-PRO

For new-build projects, wet underfloor systems, or floors requiring higher output, Warmup's in-screed solutions are the professional choice. The Inscreed Cable covers 0.9–1.8m² and is designed to be embedded directly within a screed or self-levelling compound. The DCM-PRO system (from £125 for 10.9m length at 150W/m²) is a decoupling membrane that combines underfloor heating with crack prevention — ideal for tiled floors over substrates prone to movement.

Loose Wire Electric Underfloor Heating

The Warmup Loose Wire system (covering 1.5–2.4m² from £159) offers maximum flexibility for awkward or irregular room shapes where a mat cannot be easily cut and repositioned. The individual cable can be spaced precisely to avoid fixed furniture, islands, or obstacles, making it the preferred choice for bespoke kitchen and bathroom layouts.

Foil Heater — Electric Underfloor Foil

Warmup's Foil Heater (140W/m² from £98) is designed for installation beneath floating floors such as laminate and engineered wood, where a mat or cable system cannot be embedded in adhesive. It installs quickly between the floor insulation and the floating finish, providing efficient radiant heat without the need for a screed or adhesive bed.

Insulation Boards

Proper insulation beneath any underfloor heating system is essential — without it, heat is lost downward rather than rising into the room, reducing efficiency and increasing running costs. Warmup's insulation board range includes the Ultralight Insulation Board (6mm, from £24) and Cement Coated Insulation Board (6mm, from £26), both designed to reflect heat upward and dramatically improve system response times.

Installation Accessories

Purelavish stocks the full range of Warmup installation accessories to support trade and DIY installers alike — including 26mm fixing clips (box of 600, £68), clip guns, double-sided tape, fibreglass tape, metal fixing band, perimeter expansion strips, DCM-PRO corner pieces, and zip ties. Everything you need to complete a clean, professional installation in one order.

Heated Towel Rails

Complement your Warmup underfloor heating with a selection of electric and dual-fuel heated towel rails, available in polished finishes. Options include the Tulsi single bar round rail, Burdock single bar square rail, and the Anise 4-bar ladder rail — all designed to coordinate with contemporary bathroom schemes.
