Spread the cost
of the whole room

A bathroom rarely arrives as one small purchase. Where the checkout offers it, Klarna and PayPal let you split the basket into instalments, with no charge from us and no change to the price you pay.

  1. 01 Chosen at the payment step, after you have seen the delivery cost. Nothing is decided before that.
  2. 02 Pay in 3 splits the basket into three payments: one at checkout and two a month apart. Nothing extra to pay if you pay on time.
  3. 03 The same price either way. A sale price or a trade discount applies exactly as it would otherwise.
  4. 04 Klarna or PayPal makes the decision, not us, and approval is subject to status.

Who can use it

Each provider makes its own decision at checkout, in a few seconds. If one declines, the other may still approve, and card payment is always available.

  • Eighteen or over and living in the United Kingdom.
  • A basket inside the range for that option, delivery included.
  • Details the provider can match to you at their checkout.
  • The provider makes the decision, not us, and does not tell us why an application is declined.

Questions

Does it cost more than paying outright?

No. The price is the same whichever way you pay, and we add no surcharge for instalments. Pay in 3 carries no interest, and the provider shows its terms before you agree to anything.

Do sale prices and trade discounts still apply?

Yes. Instalments do not change what the order costs, so a sale price or a trade discount applies exactly as it would otherwise.

Will it affect my credit file?

Each provider runs its own checks and explains them at the payment step, before you agree. If you are unsure, read their terms there before you continue - nothing is taken until you do.

How do refunds work on a return?

The refund goes back through the provider. They cancel or reduce the payments still to come and return anything already paid, on their own timetable.

Can I settle early?

Yes. Pay the balance in the Klarna or PayPal app whenever you like, at no extra cost.

What if instalments are not offered at checkout?

Card and the other payment methods are always there. Which instalment options appear depends on the basket total and on the provider's own decision.

Trade buyers

Trade accounts save ten per cent automatically on every order, and the discount still applies when you pay in instalments. Register once and it is applied at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Send something back and the refund goes through the same provider, which adjusts or cancels the payments still to come.
