Delivery

Delivery is charged by weight band. It is not a flat fee, and it cannot be worked out from the basket alone - the band depends on what is being sent and where, so the figure appears at the checkout once there is an address to send it to.

Until then your basket shows “At checkout”, so the first figure you see is the one you pay.

Large items

Baths, shower trays and radiators go by pallet and are delivered kerbside. The driver is not able to carry an item into the property or up a stair, so somebody needs to be there to take it in.

Lead times

The lead time on a product page is the manufacturer's, and it runs from the order rather than from dispatch. An order with several lines takes the longest of them.
