Delete your personal data
Ask us to delete your data, with or without closing your account.
Arri Tech Ltd, trading as Pure Lavish, runs the Pure Lavish website and the Pure Lavish app for iPhone and Android. Use this page to ask us to delete personal information we hold about you. You can ask us to remove some of your data and keep your account, or to close your account and delete the data that goes with it.
What you can ask us to delete
Depending on how you have used Pure Lavish, this can include:
- Your account details: name, email address and phone number
- Saved delivery and billing addresses
- Your wishlist and recently viewed products
- Product reviews and photos you have posted
- Support conversations and messages with our team
- A trade account application and the business details in it
- App notification settings and the device details used to send them
- Marketing preferences, and any data used for optional features
Tell us in the form exactly what you want removed: everything above, or only some of it.
What we may need to keep
Some information cannot be deleted straight away, because the law requires us to keep it or because we need it to deal with something still open. For example:
- Orders and VAT invoices, which we keep for six years as accounting records
- Details of an open order, return or guarantee claim, until it is finished
- Records needed to prevent fraud or to resolve a payment dispute
- A short note that you asked us to delete your data, so we do not contact you again
Card payments are handled by our payment providers, who keep their own records under their own policies. If we keep anything, we will tell you what it is and why.
How we handle your request
- We check it is you. We email the address on your account to confirm the request before we delete anything.
- We reply within one month. Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR) we complete a request within a month, and tell you if a complex request needs longer.
- It is free. There is no charge for asking us to delete your data.
