Common questions
Is there a minimum spend?
No. It applies from the first order, whether that is one thermostat or a forty-unit development.
Does it stack with sale prices?
No. A reduced item is excluded from the trade discount outright, so you pay the sale price on it - which is lower than list minus ten per cent, or it would not be a sale. Everything else on the same order still takes the ten.
How is delivery charged?
By the weight of what is in the basket, one rate UK-wide, and free over the threshold shown in the header. Baths, saunas and hot tubs go on a pallet and are delivered kerbside - somebody needs to be there to take them in.
Can I pay on account?
Not yet. Orders are paid for at checkout, the same as anybody else - the trade discount is a price, not a credit account. If terms would make a difference to you, say so in the application and it will be read by a person.
What if a code is not in the catalogue?
The pad will tell you it does not recognise it rather than quietly dropping the line. Send the schedule with the application and somebody will come back on whether it can be ordered.
