Baths
A bath is the one fitting in the room that is chosen for how it feels rather than how it performs, and the one most often ordered to the wrong dimensions. Every bath here carries its external size, its internal capacity and its waste position, so the bath you specify is the bath that fits.

Baths
Start with the floor, not the bath. Measure the wall it will sit against, then the clear run in front of it, and remember that a freestanding bath needs service access on every side while a straight bath needs it at one end. Every product page carries a technical drawing with the external dimensions and the waste position marked.
Material decides weight and how long the water stays hot. Acrylic is the lightest and warms quickest, which suits an upstairs bathroom and a suspended floor. Steel holds heat longer and resists scratching, at roughly twice the weight. Stone resin holds heat longest of all and is the heaviest by a wide margin — worth checking the floor structure before ordering one for anything but a ground floor.
Choosing the right bath
- Bath Filler TapsFillers sized for the bath they serve, in the same finishes as the rest of the range. Flow rate matters more here than anywhere else in the house: a bath that takes twenty minutes to fill is a bath nobody uses, and every Bath Filler Taps product page states its rate and the pressure it needs.
- Bath Mixer TapsWhere the bath takes a single outlet for hot and cold. Bath Mixer Taps covers deck-mounted, wall-mounted and floor-standing, each with its own required tap-hole spacing — which is a decision that has to be made before the bath is drilled, not after.
- Bath PanelsA panel finishes a straight or corner bath and, more usefully, keeps the trap reachable. Bath Panels lists front and end panels by length, with the plinth height stated so it can be cut to a finished floor.
- Bathtub WastesThe part that is chosen last and causes the most returns. A waste has to match the bath's waste position and its overflow, and the finish should match the taps rather than the bath. Bathtub Wastes carries click-clack, exposed and concealed types with the thread size on each.
- Shower EnclosuresIf the bath is replacing a shower rather than joining one, Shower Enclosures is the other half of that decision — trays, doors and enclosures sized to the space a bath would otherwise have taken.
Delivery and lead times
Baths are two-person items and are delivered kerbside on a pallet. Stock items ship within three working days; anything made to order states its lead time on the product page before you buy, not after. Free UK delivery over £500.
Before you order
Check three things and a bath order is almost never wrong: the external length and width against the wall, the waste position against the existing soil connection, and the tap-hole configuration against the taps you have chosen. All three are on the drawing on every product page, and our team will check a drawing against your measurements if you send both.
