This End User License Agreement governs your access to and use of the Pure Lavish website, services, account features, and any related business tools or integrations provided by Arri Tech Ltd, trading as Pure Lavish.
1. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our services for lawful personal or business purposes.
2. QuickBooks integration
If you connect our services with QuickBooks, you authorise us to access and exchange the information required to provide the connected functionality. Your use of QuickBooks remains subject to Intuit's own terms and policies.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse our services, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, upload malicious code, or use the services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
4. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Liability
The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Nothing in this agreement limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
