Description
Description
Sofas and sideboards placed hard against a radiator keep a lot of its warmth to themselves, so plan the furniture before this white Milan vertical radiator goes on the wall. It is a 1500mm-high Leporce column radiator, double panel, with 18 tubes and a white gloss finish, listed for the living room.
A column radiator heats partly by warming the air that rises through it. Block the front and much of that air stays trapped behind the furniture, which leaves the room cooler than the rating suggests. Long curtains drawn across it do the same. Leave a clear gap in front, and the rated 2165 watts (7389 BTU) at dT70 has a fair chance of reaching the room. Set that figure beside the room's heat loss. In the same finish there is also a 1600mm-tall white Milan.
