Rectangular Counter Top Basins

Ten rectangular counter top basins from Artize and Jaquar are listed on this page, in White Gloss and Black Matt. A counter top basin rests on a vanity unit or worktop instead of being set into it, so its rim and sides stay in view.

Sizes

Footprints vary quite a bit from one model to the next. Jaquar's Designer basin measures 460x265mm, the Florentine is 520x360mm and Kubix comes in at 565x425mm. On the Artize side, Lexa is 600x400mm, VIC is 600x460mm, Confluence is 650x450mm and Linea is 650x470mm.

Rims and tap holes

Two Jaquar models are thin rim designs: the Rectangular Thin Rim Counter Top Basin and the Designer White Thin Rim at 495x395mm. The VIC is also sold in a second version with three tap holes, intended for a three-hole tap set.

Checks before you buy

• Measure the depth of the worktop against the basin, and leave space behind it for the tap.
• See on the product page whether the basin has a tap hole. If it has none, plan for a deck mounted or wall mounted tap.
• Confirm the finish shown on each listing.
