Black Chrome Shower Heads Arms

A black chrome shower arm carries an overhead head out from its fixing point to where the water should fall. All six arms on this page are by Jaquar, from the Kubix Prime Showers Accessories, Opal Prime and Showers Accessories ranges.

Two of them say in their names how they are fitted. The Round Ceiling Shower Arm hangs the head from above. The Round Shower Arm Wall Mounted Shower With Flange fixes to the wall and is listed with a flange. For the Kubix Prime Square Shower Arm (offered at 400mm and 600mm), the Opal Prime Round Shower Arm and the plain Round Shower Arm, the listing shows how each one fixes.

Shape is the other choice. The two Kubix Prime arms are square in section; the remaining four are round, so you can follow the outline of the head and valve.

Plan the pipework around the type of arm. A ceiling arm needs the supply to come down through the ceiling at the spot where the head will be. With a wall arm, the pipe leaves the wall and the arm's length sets how far into the shower the head reaches. Whichever you choose, check that the arm's connection suits the head. Heads in this finish are on Black Chrome shower heads.
