Description
Floors that can take an extra 40mm of build-up are where this Warmup cement coated insulation board fits: it goes down first, beneath the underfloor heating and the floor finish, to cut the heat lost into the subfloor. Each board is 600mm x 1250mm and comes from the Insulation Cement Boards range.
Its R value is 1.06 m²K/W. That figure measures how strongly the board resists heat passing through it, and a higher number means less warmth escaping downwards, which is why colder floors usually get thicker boards. The board is rated to carry 30 tonnes/m², and its fire classification is Euroclass E.
