Square Shower Heads

Square shower heads suit a bathroom built around straight lines, and 17 are listed here from Britocean and Jaquar. Finishes include Chrome, Black Matt, Brushed Gold and Black Chrome.

The examples show two kinds of square overhead shower. Jaquar's Kubix Prime Maze Single Function head comes in 200x200mm, 240x240mm and 300x300mm. The Ceiling Mounted Overhead Shower is offered at 200x200mm, 250x250mm, 300x300mm and 400x400mm, with further versions that add a third figure to the title: 200mmx200mmx7mm, 250mmx250mmx7mm and 300mmx300mmx10mm. Check the specification for what that figure measures and for the head's full depth.

Match the head to the floor below it. A 400x400mm head suits a larger enclosure or walk-in area, while a 200x200mm head fits a compact cubicle. Allow clearance from the walls and the screen when you mark its position.

For a ceiling mounted shower head, the supply has to come through the ceiling, so the pipework is planned before the ceiling is finished. Check that your valve has a free outlet for the head, and confirm on each listing whether an arm or ceiling connection is included.

Valves with the same straight-edged look are on square thermostatic shower valves, and the Britocean heads in one finish are on Britocean chrome shower heads.
