Vertical Toilets

Despite the heading, the six products listed under vertical toilets are Jaquar in-wall cisterns, not toilet pans. They are the concealed cisterns and frames that sit behind the wall and supply a wall hung pan, which you choose separately.

Two questions sort them out.

Body only or with a frame? Three come with a floor mounting frame: the White Single Piece In-wall Cistern Body (Front or Top Actuation), the White Single Piece Slim In-wall Cistern, and the Pneumatic Single Piece Slim In-wall Cistern. The other three are listed without a frame: the White Single Piece In-wall Cistern Body, the White Single Piece Slim In-wall Cistern Body and the Pneumatic slim cistern with an auto flushing system. A frame stands on the floor and carries the pan, while a body on its own needs a suitable support or wall structure.

Standard, slim or pneumatic? Slim versions are listed alongside the standard body, so compare the depth on each listing with the space in the wall. The two Pneumatic cisterns are operated by air, so they need a pneumatic flush plate.

Finishes on the page are White Gloss and Chrome.

Before ordering, agree the wall depth and the pan with your installer, and check that the flush plate you want suits the cistern and its actuation, front or top. Plates are on black matt toilet flush plates and black chrome toilet flush plates. For pans, see curved wall hung toilets.
