Description
Description
With 16.0 to 17.4m² of tiled floor to warm, this Warmup loose wire underfloor heating kit uses three DWS800 under tile heaters, all the same model. On a floor that size, the first thing to settle is usually whether it will be the room's only heating.
The kit's output averages 150 W/m². Whether that is enough on its own depends on how well the room keeps its warmth, so insulation, glazing and the number of outside walls all count. A heating engineer can calculate how much heat the room loses and say whether a radiator is still worth keeping alongside the floor.
Cable thickness is 1.8 mm, and the insulation is advanced fluoropolymer (ETFE). This electric underfloor heating runs from a 230V: 50Hz supply.
