A rear extension or an open-plan kitchen-diner with a new screed could take this Warmup inscreed electric underfloor heating kit, which covers 10.4 to 20.7m². It holds 103.5m of 6mm cable rated at 2070W, part of Warmup's Inscreed cable system.
At 2070W, it is a sizeable electrical load. Bring your electrician in before the screed is poured, because the supply for a heating cable of this power has to be planned rather than added at the end. The output works out at 100 to 210W/m², depending on how much floor the cable is spread across, and the 2.5m cold tail carries the connection back to the supply.
